Website scope
These terms cover use of the public SASHA business website, its informational content, and its interest form. They do not replace the versioned SASHA app terms presented during account setup. The app terms are available at sasha.network/terms-of-service.
Informational content and milestones
Current releases and independently linked results are identified as verified milestones. Founder records, pilot learning, management targets, forecasts, budgets, market estimates, and roadmaps are labelled as such. They are not guarantees of adoption, revenue, outcomes, certification, funding, or future availability. Visitors should perform their own diligence before relying on a commercial or institutional statement.
Interest form
Provide accurate information and use the form only for a legitimate enquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential school records, learner records, unlawful material, or content you are not authorized to share. A submitted form is a request for contact; it does not create an app account, school contract, investment relationship, partnership, or guarantee of a response.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, probe for restricted information, submit malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms availability, impersonate another person, or use its content to mislead others about SASHA. Reasonable indexing by search engines and ordinary sharing of public links are allowed.
Intellectual property and links
The SASHA name, original website content, product materials, and design remain owned by their applicable rights holders. Limited quotations and links may be used fairly with attribution. Third-party sites, including Google Play and LinkedIn, operate under their own terms and privacy practices; a link does not transfer control of those services to SASHA.
Availability and contact
The website may change, pause, or move for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. SASHA does not promise uninterrupted availability. Questions about these website terms may be sent to support@sasha.network. Non-waivable rights that apply to a visitor remain unaffected.
