How the public SASHA business website and interest form handle information.

Operator and scope
This notice covers the public SASHA business website and its interest form. The website is operated by Tonderai Shekede for SASHA. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@sasha.network and general support to support@sasha.network. The SASHA app has a separate, versioned Privacy Notice at sasha.network/privacy-policy.
Information the business website receives
When someone asks to hear from SASHA, the form receives a name, email address, selected role, and optional city, organization, or note. Hosting systems may also process basic request, device, browser, security, and error information needed to deliver and protect the site. This website does not ask for a password, payment-card number, identity document, medical record, accommodation record, or student file.
How the information is used
Form information is used to answer the request, understand which kind of conversation is appropriate, plan a possible pilot or partnership discussion, prevent abuse, and maintain a minimal outreach record. It is not sold and is not used for behaviorally targeted advertising. Do not submit a child’s school, health, accommodation, or identity information through this form.
Hosting and recipients
Netlify hosts this website and processes the interest form for SASHA. Limited information may also be handled by authorized support personnel or service providers when needed to answer a request, protect the site, investigate an error, or meet a legal obligation. The business form is deliberately separate from the app’s protected learner records.
Retention and security
SASHA keeps business enquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate relationship record, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. The site uses encrypted transport, restricted hosting access, security headers, spam controls, and a form that avoids learner records. No internet service can promise perfect security.
Children and learner information
The business interest form is for adults and organizations seeking information. It is not a learner-registration form and must not be used to send a child’s personal, school, health, disability, accommodation, or identity information. A parent, school, or eligible learner using the SASHA app should use the protected app flows and the app Privacy Notice instead.
Choices and requests
A person may ask about, correct, or request deletion of a business enquiry by emailing privacy@sasha.network with the email address used and the request type. Do not send a password or sensitive document. Rights vary by location, and SASHA may need a protected verification step before disclosing or changing information.
