App support
For sign-in, study, materials, calendar, accessibility, purchase, or account questions, email support@sasha.network. Include the app version, device type, and a short description, but never send a password, full payment-card number, or sensitive learner document.
Privacy and child safety
For access, correction, export, deletion, consent, guardian, or child-safety questions, email privacy@sasha.network. SASHA will move the request into a protected verification flow before disclosing account information.
Business and pilot requests
Schools, educators, families, investors, and partners can use the interest form on this website or contact support@sasha.network. The interest form is not a place to upload student records or request emergency support.
Urgent situations
SASHA is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate school safeguarding lead. Use in-app reporting for harmful content or conduct that is not an immediate emergency.
